Introduction:

Cylindrical roller bearing have two integral flanges on either the inner or outer ring to guide the rollers, the bearings have open flanges.The inward face of the flange is inclined a defined angle, the flange design, together with the roller end design and surface finish promote the formation of a lubricant film to reduce friction and frictional heat.

The bearing ring with the roller and cage assembly can be separated from the other ring, this simplifies mounting and dis-mounting, particularly when load conditions require both rings to have an interference fit.

Cylindrical roller bearing are available in several designs, the main difference is the configuration of the flanges.

MJE bearing are with advanced technological process, the convexity raceway,the appearance of line,high precision reserves and longer service life. We have EM type solid brass cage (GERMANY process reinforced rivets),E type combination  retainer,steel stamping cage,TN type, NU type, N type, NUP type and NJ type.

NU TYPE:

NU design bearings have integral flanges on the outer ring and no flanges on the inner ring.These bearings can accommodate axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in both directions.

N TYPE:

N design bearings have integral flanges on the inner ring and no flanges on the outer ring.These bearings can accommodate axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in both directions.

NJ TYPE:

NJ design bearings have integral flanges on the outer and one other inner ring.

These bearings are used to locate the shaft axially in one direction.

NUP TYPE:

NUP design bearings have two integral flanges on the outer ring and one integral flange and one non-integral flange i.e a loose flange ring on the inner ring. These bearings are used to locate the shaft axially in both directions.

Non-locating bearings:

Cylindrical roller bearings of N design and NU design are non-locating bearings and they can only support radial forces.

Semi-locating bearing:

Cylindrical roller bearings of NJ design are semi-locating bearings.They can support not only high radial forces but also axial forces.Thus,it can locate the shafts in one direction.They act as non-locating bearing in the opposite direction.

Locating bearings:

Cylindrical roller bearings NUP design are locating bearings. They can support axial forces from both directions as well as radial forces, so it can locate shafts in two directions.
